Session 1 • Where it all starts!
This Initial Consultation is a 60-minute session where we discuss your vision of health, set goals, and lay the framework from which we’ll use for our entire coaching relationship.
We’ll do a deep dive into your questionnaire, food log, dietary assessment, past medical history, education individualised to your focus area and wrap up with agreeing upon several foundational goals to get you on track and feeling great!
Coaching sessions are virtual (i.e. on video or by phone)

Session 2 • Healthy Habits Plan
After you’ve completed the Initial Consultation and have put into action your foundational goals for at least one week, you’re ready for your 2nd appointment which is all about the healthy habits path and education about nutrition, how to nourish your body, and eat well for life.
In this 60-minute session, we’ll go over the nutrition path created for you after learning all about your specific goals. We’ll cover how to establish more balanced healthier habits, mind-body connection, and how to remain on track— whatever is best to meet your individual needs.
Specific education on your current dietary & lifestyle habits and how to amend these to achieve your goals
Additional ebooks as needed on portion control, snacks, dining out, healthy quick wins, etc.
Recipe plans if needed

Session 3 and Beyond • Follow Ups
After you’ve completed your second appointment, we'll have follow up sessions to see how things are working, what challenges you might be facing, and how to progress forward.
The steps necessary to continue will be designed around your lifestyle with your goals in mind.
It may include specific nutrition education topics you want to learn about, customised meal plans holistic health strategies, healthy cooking education, organisation strategies, motivational techniques, and more.
I’m with you every step of the way until you feel fully confident on your own!
