About the Event

Hi ladies!

We all want to start the year off the right way so make sure you join us in our 7 day healthy habits challenge live in 'Local Ladies' on Sunday 2nd Jan. Yes you have 24 hours to get over the new years celebrations & then we go.

Set a reminder on your phone RIGHT NOW & mark yourself as "going" to be reminded.

This 7 day virtual group nutrition challenge is geared to help you pick up a healthier routine where you can establish some healthy habits!!

Habits that make you feel:

More energised Lighter in mind & body More in control & resilient to stress Healthier & more confident

Here's how it works:

Each day check the Local Ladies Facebook Group Feed for the daily group coaching messages posted at 7am and again at 6pm. If you cannot login at either of those times, that is ok. You can do the action points and post when it suits you that day.

Like the post once you've seen it, so Steph knows you have read it.

Actually DO the action steps.

Upload pictures as you go of your: meals, walks, self care activities. photos are a GREAT way of checking in with the group.

This will only work for you if you are checking in and engaging with the messages posted in the challenge. This challenge should be FULL of YOUR: pictures, share your struggles, ask questions- I will support you. Be brave, this is a private, kind, supportive group.

3.) Print off the menu planner. Or write on a piece of paper Mon-Sun, breakfast, lunch dinner. Write down what you will eat before we start. My menu planner is here-

4.) Print off or again jot down on a piece of paper your habit tracker. Get this from the discussion wall below.

5.) Save this date in your diary and set a reminder on your phone so you don't forget it. You don't want to miss out!
