Let's get together for our last event of the year and chat about food and how we can stay fit by eating the right way. The best way to snap out of the Christmas slump so you can begin to refocus on your wellbeing!
Did you know the food you are eating every day is creating the cells that make up your brain and body. The food we eat impacts not just our physical bodies but our emotions and psychological well being. Food can either impact the aging process causing inflammation, bloat and discomfort or it can replenish our skin and organs on a cellular level and improve how our bodies function. I want to teach you how you can actually begin to slow the aging process down and how you are able to begin to cook yourself fit.
