About the Event

The ultimate 21 day plan for women 30+ who are looking to give themselves some love and experience a health re-boot. "I'm passionate about helping women break down barriers so that they can step into a healthier, happier version of themselves". Begin to eat in a way that balances your hormones & adapt mindful eating strategies so that you are working in-line with your best self. Establish confidence in knowing how your body works with specific food and begin to understand your own habitual blocks so that you can melt them away and enjoy a healthier more supportive lifestyle. "I am not going to be selling you food supplements or getting you to count calories or telling you to remove your favourite foods from your weekly food shop. I want to offer you something invaluable by giving you the power. I am going to teach you how to master your nutrition & support your highest self so you can become the Goddess you know you are!" The workshop is not yet open for bookings but you should RSVP on this page so you can be notified when spaces become available.


STEP 2- You'll be emailed when my early bird disount becomes avalible. Book in as soon as you recieve the email as I only have a limted amount of discounted tickets avaliable. 

STEP 3- If you miss the EB discount you should still be able to book a place on the workshop. Send Steph an email and she will be in touch ( 

STEP 4- Once you have book in and registered your space you'll be emailed the link of the group where the workshop is taking place. Join the group and download the recipe guide, health and energy review and menu planner.

STEP 5- Do the steps that are given to you in the workshop space before the start date.

STEP 6- Steph will call you in the week before the workshop starts to make sure you are clear on the instructions and will speak with you about your goals and expectations so that you get the most out of the workshop.

STEP 7- Introduce yourself to the ladies in the workshop by uploading a photo or video if you, get to know the ladies and then we will be starting day 1 on Sunday! 

You must speak with Steph before you book in & you should aim to book your place in the workshop at least 7 days before it starts, by Monday 10th Jan, as you'll need some time to read over the introductory posts to get yourself set up. Limited early bird tickets are available at £99 the standard rate is £129. RSVP so that you can be updated when early bird tickets are made available.
