We use this information to communicate directly with you. We do not share any of your information. If third parties providing event activities need your information, we will ask you to supply this directly. We will not pass your information on to any third parties.

The information is held on a secure server of mailerlite and email servers on Google. We keep your information for as long as you remain a member. Your information will be disposed of immediately you cancel your membership by deleting your personal details from the web hosting platform and email hosting platform.
